Terms and Conditions of Use

The use of the marsha.app website implies full and complete acceptance of the terms and conditions of use described below. These terms of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, and users of the marsha.app website are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

This site is normally accessible to users at any time. An interruption for technical maintenance may however be decided by the Meltdown teams, who will then endeavor to communicate beforehand to users the dates and times of the intervention.

Description of Services Provided

Marsha offers several platforms for the Marsha service to its utilities, here is a description of each:

  • The website (marsha.app) aims to present Marsha to our users and visitors to our site with the aim of showing the different information about Marsha such as its features, its team, contact methods, service request methods and other useful information for understanding Marsha.
  • The bot (robot on the application named Discord) is the tool we offer to our users allowing them to manage moderation, management and organization of various systems within their Discord server.
  • The dashboard (dash.marsha.app) is the mother platform of Marsha because it is where our users have the possibility to add the server, as well as to consult the various management tools, as well as configurations of the Marsha robot.

Contractual Limitations on Technical Data

The site uses NextJS technology.

Meltdown, Marsha and its service providers cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the site. In addition, the user of our services undertakes to access our platforms using recent equipment, without viruses and with an updated latest generation browser.

Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting

Meltdown owns the intellectual property rights or holds the usage rights on all elements accessible on all of our services (the site, the dashboard, archives and all other services offered), in particular texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software.

Any unauthorized exploitation of our services or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting counterfeiting and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

Limitations of Liability

Meltdown, Marsha and its service providers cannot be held responsible for direct and indirect damage caused to the user's equipment, when accessing the marsha.app site, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated at point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Meltdown, Marsha and its service providers cannot also be held responsible for indirect damage (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the marsha.app site.

Personal Data Management

In France, personal data is particularly protected by law n° 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law n° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

In any case, Meltdown only collects personal information relating to the user for the need of certain services offered by the marsha.app site and its other platforms.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the use of the marsha.app site or its other platforms is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.

Personal information: "information that allows, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, the identification of natural persons to whom it applies" (article 4 of law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978).
