This policy describes the trackers stored or read on the User's terminal when the Platforms published under the name Marsha are used, including marsha.app, dash.marsha.app, archives.marsha.app, and docs.marsha.app. It does not govern the trackers on the status page status.marsha.app, which is operated by Better Stack. It is made by reference to Article 82 of French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, and to the guidelines of the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés.

ART. 1Purpose

A tracker is information stored or read on the terminal. It does not necessarily identify the User. It records a state relating to browsing or to a choice the User has made.

The Publisher is the entity Meltdown, identified in the legal notice. Related processing is described in the privacy policy.

ART. 3Strictly necessary trackers

The trackers below are exempt from consent, because their only purpose is to provide the service expressly requested or to record the choice made about trackers.

Banner choice
Stores the choice made in the banner.
13 months
Authentication
Maintains the session the User requested. The duration is that of the session, or one hundred and eighty (180) days if the sign-in is kept.
Session / 180 d

ART. 4Preferences

The following tracker stores a choice the User has made. It is not an audience-measurement tracker.

Language
Stores the language chosen on the Platforms.
1 year

ART. 5Audience measurement

The following trackers are stored only after the acceptance referred to in Article 2. Without that acceptance, they are not stored.

Audience
Google Analytics. Distinguishes visitors and stores the session state.
24 hours to 2 years

ART. 6Marketing

No marketing tracker is stored. The corresponding category in the banner stays refused until the User accepts it. At the date of this policy, that acceptance causes no tracker to be stored, because that category contains none.

ART. 7Rights

The rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and withdrawal of consent are exercised under the privacy policy, by writing to [email protected].
