The Platforms comprise the site marsha.app, the dashboard dash.marsha.app, the archives at archives.marsha.app, the documentation at docs.marsha.app, the Discord bot, the Twitch bot, the public profiles, and any other service published under the name Marsha.

The status page available at status.marsha.app is operated by Better Stack. It is not published by Meltdown.

Publication of the Platforms is under the responsibility of the entity Meltdown.

Any correspondence for the Publisher, including a notice of illegal content, is sent to [email protected].

The web interfaces published by Meltdown, including the site marsha.app and the dashboard dash.marsha.app, are hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, California 91723, United States of America.

The host's website is available at vercel.com.

The elements created by the Publisher for the Platforms remain the property of the Publisher or its successors, on the terms and subject to the reservations of Article 7 of the terms of service.

This notice is governed by French law. Jurisdiction is set by Article 13 of the terms of service.
